How did you get into CRM, Jev?
As a consumer I too often came across uninspiring companies who failed to keep me loyal. I moved from marketing into CRM to dive into the fields of data and technology. This gave me a lot of insight into why was this happening.
What’s most important to understand?
I realized how hugely important it is to shift from “product only” to consumers in order to build long-term relationships with them.
Why are you offering your services?
Most companies do not know how to unlock all the hidden potentials that consumer-centricity can bring.
I made it my mission to help more companies benefit from CRM.
