Finishing the CUSTOMER Course at the Full-time Program St Gallen MBA in January 2023
Teaching everything about the Customer in 3 weeks is an adventure no less than the one undertaken by Phileas Fogg in the world famous novel "Around the World in 80 days". This January, at the University of St Gallen MBA I've shared my theoretical and practical knowledge around digital marketing, data and technology, creation of personas and customer journeys, customer-centricity, CLV and much more.
Seeing 45 students getting engaged in hands-on exercises and interactive group work is incredibly rewarding since helping people grow is one of my true passions and a mission. A cherry on a cake has been the Customer-centricity Simulator from Wharton University, which tasked students with data-driven decision making and maximizing customer lifetime value in an environment replicating real life scenarios.
The world and technology change at an incredible speed. It keeps everyone on its toes - marketeers, lecturers and MBA students - to navigate an ongoing digital transformation and adapt quickly to the generative AI, blockchain, Metaverse and other innovations. I'm honoured to be a part of the HSG MBA Teaching Faculty and looking forward to the teaching season 2023/2024!
